Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times

• Spain: 2-5 business days.
• European Union: 4-10 business days.
• Other international destinations: 7-15 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and my vary due tu customs, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing the purchase. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email tracking information. when available. 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at:

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided bu the customer may incur additional shipping charges.
